What is your return policy? Because every Floreva piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We know that's a big ask for a first purchase — which is why we put so much care into every design.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at hello@shopfloreva.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.
