Orders and Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are printed and fulfilled within 5 business days, then shipped directly to you. Standard US shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after fulfillment. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7-21 business days. Customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because every Floreva piece is made to order, we're unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. Please double check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
PRODUCTS
How do I care for my bag?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or iron directly on printed areas. Dry clean only. Proper care keeps your Floreva bag looking vibrant for longer.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately but slight variations can occur due to screen settings and print production. Each piece is made to order so minor differences are part of what makes yours unique!
What material are the bags made from?
Our bags are made from durable 100% polyester — lightweight, water resistant, and built to handle daily gym use.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because every Floreva piece is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. We know that's a big ask for a first purchase — which is why we put so much care into every design.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect please contact us at hello@shopfloreva.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Who is behind Floreva?
Floreva was founded by an 18 year old artist who wanted gym gear that looked as bold as she felt. Every design is hand-drawn and made with intention. This is a one woman brand and every order genuinely means everything.
How often do you release new designs?
We release new colorways and limited drops regularly — follow us on TikTok @shopfloreva and Instagram @florevaathletics to be first to know. Drops sell fast and don't come back once they're gone.
